District Chess Competition

Three 1st Sunningdale cubs went along to the recent District Chess tournament to compete to represent the District at the County Championships.  Twenty other Cubs turned up for the battle but were no match for our three representatives. Freddie Goodhand, Ben Whaley and Jacob Kelly each performed fantastically and were placed first, second and fourth respectively. Our thanks and congratulations go out to them for a fabulous performance for themselves and 1st Sunningdale. We'll be looking for the Cubs to go one better in the Swimming Gala in three weeks.

Pumpkin Carving
